So 2011 has been and gone.
This is what it taught me....
Natural Disasters bring out the best and worst in people. Stealing the last bottle of milk out of the shopping trolley of a woman with small children or lining up for buses to help people clear out homes that had been devestated by floods. Which person do you want to be?
Turning 40 was not as scary or depressing as I thought it would be. Especially when you are surrounded by family and friends. Not looking 40 certainly helps too!

Watching Ghost Hunters is nowhere near as scary as actually going Ghost hunting!
I love red wine! Ok I knew that already but I appreciate it even more now!
Sometimes you have to stop saying "one day" and start saying "today!"
